Junior Project Manager - Talent Acquisition - Remote

Overview

As a Jr. Project Manager, you’ll help drive operational excellence across our global Talent Acquisition programs, supporting issue resolution, project delivery, and process improvements.

In Short

• Provide support for the global TA Team, monitoring and resolving tickets.
• Conduct audits of recruitment data for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in planning and executing TA operations projects.
• Identify inefficiencies in recruiting workflows and recommend solutions.
• Prepare project status reports and analyze data for decision-making.
• Maintain project plans and process documentation.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, capturing action items.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and updates.
• 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination or HR operations.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS and project management tools is a plus.
• Collaborative team player with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting HR or Talent Acquisition projects preferred.
• Exposure to data analysis and reporting.
• Comfort with change management and training delivery.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
