Program Manager - Cloud Business Operations - Remote

Overview

We need an exceptional Program Manager with strong technology focus who is passionate about exceeding customer expectations and managing the lifecycle of multiple cross-functional programs. We are looking for individuals that are excited to learn new and rapidly innovating technologies, embrace processes, and have an eye for detail. Experience in any of the three global cloud marketplace leaders, AWS, Azure, and Google would be ideal.

In Short

• Own oversight of major cloud marketplaces and build NetApp’s offerings.
• Manage access controls, compliance, integration, and private offer management.
• Focus on program prioritization and cross-team coordination.
• Assist with other Cloud projects or programs as they arise.
• Collaborate across multiple disciplines including product, finance, and procurement.
• Proactively communicate and manage expectations.
• Work autonomously and manage escalations effectively.
• Analyze business requirements and manage risks.
• Influence others and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
• Desirable experience with AWS, Azure, or Google marketplaces.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• Experience with cloud and subscription selling is beneficial.
• Collaborative and proactive communicator.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage escalations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and results-oriented.
• Exposure to major cloud marketplaces is highly desirable.
