Business Operations Program Manager - Remote

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Operations Program Manager to drive high-impact initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on optimizing operations, executing key business projects, and improving processes to enhance efficiency. Key areas of focus include facilities/real-estate rationalization, vendor optimization, and other cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of complex problems, and delivers data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.

• Lead Strategic Initiatives – Drive key business operations projects, including facilities rationalization, vendor optimization, and cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and resource allocation.
• Optimize Business Processes – Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement scalable process improvements that enhance operational performance.
• Manage Vendor & Contractor Strategy – Analyze vendor and contractor spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to improve value and service delivery.
• Leverage Data for Decision-Making – Conduct analyses to uncover insights, track key performance metrics, and develop recommendations that inform strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with finance, technology, legal, and operations teams to align on priorities and drive successful execution.
• Drive Ad Hoc Business Operations Projects – Take ownership of emerging operational challenges and opportunities, adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, strategy, or operations
• Proven track record of managing high-impact, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with sound business judgment
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Team player with experience in change management and cross-functional collaboration
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes initiative
• Preferred qualifications: PMI/PMP certification, FP&A experience, Experience with Oracle software, Hands-on experience in real estate/facilities management, travel & expense, or independent workforce management, Background in digital media or health-tech
