LeadVenture is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team! Are you an initiative-taking and entrepreneurial individual who thrives at building meaningful relationships? Requirements

  • 2+ years proven track record of generating leads, or related work experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a CRM or specifically in Salesforce
  • Lead generation/cold calling experience
  • Associates degree preferred (But not required)
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to hand-off of Territory Manager.
  • Able to excel in a high-volume work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen with small business owners.
  • Plus: Experience with Digital Marketing products: SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, etc.

  • Base Salary of $40,000 plus commission, with On Target Earnings up to $55,000 a year.
  • This is an entry-level starting position, with the end goal of you becoming a Territory Manager that makes 100k+ yearly.
