NeoGenomics is looking for a Senior Advisor, Medical Affairs who is motivated to participate in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment and is eager to continue learning to help the company grow.

In Short

• Remote position with a Monday – Friday day shift.
• Collaborate with internal departments including R&D, product, pharma, and clinical sales.
• Analyze competitor data and gather insights from Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Facilitate knowledge and education of medical and scientific content.
• Serve as an advisor for technical questions about NeoGenomics assays.
• Participate in medical updates, presentations, and meetings.
• Support Market Access/Reimbursement teams with scientific and clinical support.
• Leverage clinical/scientific data for Product/Marketing needs.
• Collaborate with the field Medical Affairs team to educate the medical community.
• Opportunity to save lives by improving patient care.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or Ph.D in a life science or Medical Degree.
• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture focused on healthcare.
• 10+ years of experience in genetics, molecular biology, oncology, or related fields.
• 5+ years of medical affairs or clinical development experience.
• Scientific and technical experience in oncology.
• Understanding of study design and data analysis.
• Experience interfacing with key opinion leaders.
• Ability to maintain relationships within the medical community.
• Computer literacy including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
