Overview

The Manager, Digital & Technology Internal Audit plays a critical role in providing independent assurance and advisory support over the organization’s technology, data, and emerging risk landscape.

In Short

• Lead risk-based IT audits and assessments across IT infrastructure.
• Evaluate effectiveness of IT general controls and security controls.
• Communicate findings and actionable recommendations to management.
• Maintain compliance with SOX, SOC 1, SOC 2, and HITRUST frameworks.
• Advise on emerging technology risks and regulatory expectations.
• Lead audits of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics.
• Build and lead IT audit capabilities and annual audit plans.
• Engage with project teams to identify control gaps early.
• Support audit committee materials and risk assessments.
• Provide coaching and development for audit team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT audit or technology risk.
• Strong understanding of IT controls and audit methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms and regulated environments.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and influence outcomes.
• Relevant certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.) required.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
