  • Develop and execute a territory plan based on target agencies and applicable use cases.
  • Develop expert knowledge of Neo4j solutions and applicability in target market.
  • Present to customers a strong understanding of the benefits of graph technology.
  • Execute sales cycles employing Strategic Selling strategies.
  • Build and present proposals for Neo4j solutions.
  • Work with Pre-Sales Engineering resources to deliver on customer needs.
  • Grow existing account base with a strategic customer-first methodology.
  • Provide guidance to your assigned SDR in pipeline development.
  • Ensure execution of strategies for assigned key accounts.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing resources to increase awareness.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of success meeting sales objectives in technical solutions.
  • Experience executing enterprise complex sales strategies.
  • Experience with commercial open-source business model.
  • Thrive in a smaller, high growth software company.
  • Strong conviction on graph solutions in the enterprise marketplace.
  • Attention to detail in managing lead data in Salesforce.com.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity tools.
  • Team player with high integrity.
