Engagement Manager, Professional Services - Remote

Overview

The Engagement Manager leads the implementation of Neo4j technology solutions using traditional, agile, and tailored methodologies. This collaborative technical leader works alongside customers, Neo4j Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services management to ensure successful project delivery.

• Lead multiple concurrent projects while coordinating teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Proactively identify and address project challenges.
• Guide customers through planning and execution of professional services projects.
• Mentor Associate Project Managers and model solutions-oriented leadership.
• Develop project artifacts including Jira backlogs and Gantt charts.
• Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget for projects.
• Monitor key performance indicators for project success.
• Facilitate project close procedures with lessons learned.
• Collaborate with management for resource planning.
• Deliver weekly status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years experience managing complex engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science preferred.
• PMP, Agile, or relevant certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with Professional Services Automation tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
