As a Production Support Specialist at Neighbors Bank, you will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring that our mortgage operations run smoothly by managing documentation, compliance, and supporting loan officers.

In Short

• Prepare and issue Initial Loan Estimates (ILEs) in accordance with TRID requirements.
• Administer system access and user permissions across Encompass, CRM, and related platforms.
• Audit loan officer communications for consistency and compliance.
• Obtain and verify borrower employment and income documents.
• Coordinate with borrowers and contractors for repair confirmations.
• Manage incoming mortgage leads and support loan officer readiness.
• Communicate with borrowers for documentation clarification and updates.
• Monitor the team’s shared mailbox for timely responses.
• Maintain organized borrower documentation and assist with production support duties.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data entry or audit-type work.
• Must register with the NMLS after onboarding.
