The Technical Service Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of database and application management services, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs while managing a technical team.

• Experience with data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of automation and monitoring technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Oracle OCI.
