Overview

The Revenues and Benefits Assessor will work within the Revenues & Benefits department, processing Housing and Council tax changes, ensuring excellent customer service and accuracy while meeting service contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with Northgate/Academy Systems.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Housing Benefits/Council Tax.
• Ability to deliver under pressure.
• IT competent.
• Self-motivated.
