• Daily activities include inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions.
• Basic computer knowledge is required for completing necessary paperwork.
• Quality control and leadership development are part of the role.
• Good verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent customer relation and communication skills are preferred.
• Positive attitude and great energy are important.
• Team player mentality is needed.
• Customer service and/or customer sales experience is preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada.
• Interviews will be held via Zoom due to Covid-19.
