Overview

The Cadence Health team is looking for a remote B2C Sales Associate to assist with calling and enrolling patients referred to Cadence by our partner physicians. You will be the patient's first point of contact and experience with Cadence and will interact with patients via phone call and text.

In Short

  • Clearly communicate program details, benefits, expected outcomes, patient responsibilities, and the value proposition to patients.
  • Facilitate virtual patient enrollments and schedule follow-up appointments with the Cadence Care team.
  • Build strong rapport and trust with potential patients.
  • Follow established scripts to meet quality assurance standards.
  • Maintain a balance between delivering high-quality patient interactions and achieving productivity targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2C sales and customer service experience.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to help.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Comfort using CRM platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for providing an outstanding patient experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.
