Overview

The Business Consultant role involves providing consultancy and training on NEC products and services, with a focus on Revenues and Benefits.

In Short

• Join the established Revenues and Benefits Consultancy Team.
• Consultants needed with expertise in Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Benefit, or Council Tax Reduction.
• Deliver consultancy and training both on-site and remotely.
• Contribute to the development of new consultancy offerings.
• Ensure effective delivery of consultancy and training.
• Assist with product development and user guide creation.
• Deliver quality seminars to large customer groups.
• Must be willing to travel around the UK, averaging 5 nights per month.

Requirements

• Expertise in NEC products or services related to Revenues and Benefits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve in demanding circumstances.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UK Driving license and willingness to travel.
