In Short

• Drive the development and delivery of Professional Services within Customer Experience.
• Manage a globally distributed team of engineers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Cloud Solutions Architects.
• Develop operational playbooks for consistent execution.
• Oversee project tracking and reporting processes.
• Identify risks and remove blockers in service delivery.
• Ensure projects meet scope, quality, and timeline commitments.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Maintain documentation and best practices.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical project management or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Experience managing distributed technical teams.
• Proven track record in delivering client-facing projects.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Experience with AI/ML or Cloud Solutions is a bonus.
• Knowledge of service delivery methodologies (PMI, ITIL, Agile).
• Experience developing service catalogs is a plus.
