Professional Services Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The role of the Project Manager is to manage Delinea’s large packaged and custom projects, from time of sale until project completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

In Short

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project kickoff calls and meetings.
• Ensure timely change requests are submitted.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and architects.
• Use project management software to create clear project plans.
• Keep Professional Services management team informed of project status.
• Work closely with clients’ project managers for alignment.
• Maintain key performance indicators for projects.
• Document project requirements and enforce delivery methodology.
• Engage with various teams including Sales and Customer Success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a technical or communications field.
• PMP, Prince2, or similar PMI certification.
• 5+ years of project management experience in software or IT.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Experience with Professional Services Automation tools is a plus.
• Cyber Security Project Management experience is a plus.
