Overview

The Senior Technical Project Manager plays a crucial role in leading end-to-end customer implementations within our Professional Services team, ensuring customers successfully adopt our products and achieve improved time to value.

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Manage the delivery of Professional Services engagements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project trackers and financial reports.
• Implement change control mechanisms to manage project scope effectively.
• Ensure optimal utilization of team members across multiple projects.
• Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Maintain accurate project financials and forecasts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project/program management.
• Proven experience in resource allocation and workforce optimization.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Superior communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen to identify new opportunities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with MS Project, MS Office, Google Suite.
• PMI or PMP certification required.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
