Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to serve as a key pillar of our legal team. As we approach a pivotal phase in our company’s growth, we need a seasoned professional who has "seen it all". With over a decade of experience, you will not only manage day-to-day corporate governance but also play a critical role in IPO readiness, complex M&A transactions, entity administration, and legal team support.

In Short

• Manage corporate governance and global entity management.
• Lead IPO readiness and M&A due diligence.
• Provide general support to the legal team.
• Coordinate compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Draft corporate documents and maintain records.
• Manage subsidiary maintenance and lifecycle.
• Assist with KYC and UBO requests.
• Implement process improvements and technology solutions.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively with executives and board members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Proven track record in M&A transactions.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and DocuSign.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
