Overview

The Professional Services Project Manager will lead client implementation and change projects across a global customer base, ensuring successful onboarding and platform adoption.

• Manage complex client implementation and onboarding projects.
• Establish project governance and delivery metrics.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in SaaS or FinTech project management.
• Experience in Private Equity or Investment Management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach to delivery and risk management.
• Ability to lead remote, cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
