The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is a dynamic leader responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within a defined market segment.

  • Willingness to travel and work on weekends as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales management, ideally in SaaS or payments.
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Strong coaching, motivational, and leadership skills required.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and other CRM platforms desired.
  • Strong communication and forecasting skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Willingness to work remotely and travel as needed.
