Overview

The Director, Identity Governance and Directory Services will lead the strategy and implementation of enterprise-wide identity lifecycle governance and access control capabilities, ensuring a seamless and secure identity lifecycle that supports the operational needs of a fast-moving media organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years in cybersecurity or IAM, with 5 years in access control.
• Experience with RBAC, ABAC, and policy-as-code systems.
• Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and hybrid identity systems.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles.
• Leadership skills and business acumen.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
