Overview

The Data Governance Foundation Sr. Group Manager is a senior level role managing a team responsible for facilitating all aspects of the Enterprise Data Governance Strategy, and/or Data Risk and Control Framework and Data Risk Taxonomy.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• 8-10+ years in managerial roles leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic mindset for future planning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with change management processes.
• Ability to manage complex information and solve problems.
• Experience in improving data quality and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments and data execution plans.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
