Director of Data Governance & Management - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Director of Data Governance and Management to come join our awesome team. As the Director of Data Governance and Management your responsibility will be to make sure data in our application and analytics platform is trustworthy, reliable, organized and well managed to support real-time transactions and downstream analytics needs. You will be the data conscience of our organization - being the governor and the promoter of data - one of our most important strategic assets. You will work with engineering, products, analytics, clinical and operations to improve data quality, ensure proper data use, and improve data literacy. The work will be fast-paced yet enterprise-centric, with evolving needs - requiring discipline, flexibility, curiosity, and grace under pressure.

Requirements

• Bachelor in health informatics, data analytics, or related areas (Masters preferred).
• 8-10 years data experience at a health technology company.
• Passionate about improving the U.S. healthcare system.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with healthcare data.
• 3+ years of data governance experience.
• Proven track record in leading complex data projects.
• Knowledge of healthcare privacy and security regulations.
• Experience with cloud data solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration.
