Overview

Nayax is looking for a Sales Manager for the European Market (excluding the UK and DACH regions).

In Short

  • Implement the defined strategic plan for the European market.
  • Conduct pricing research and determine competitive product pricing.
  • Establish legal agreements as needed, working closely with the organization’s legal advisors.
  • Define and execute the company’s strategic Sales and Business Development plan for the European market, ensuring performance is tracked through KPIs.
  • Identify emerging market trends and explore new strategic growth opportunities.
  • Build and lead the European sales team, which will include an electrical engineer and a support/onboarding representative.
  • Drive the penetration of energy solutions in the European market, expanding into new geographies and vertical segments.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights that influence the company’s development and product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Proven sales hunter with a strong track record in business development.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Demonstrated experience in the EV or electricity industry.
  • Strong marketing and sales expertise in technological solutions, including both software and hardware.
  • Deep understanding of technological trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting and business planning.
  • Experience in market research and analyzing industry trends.
  • Proven ability to develop and write strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
