Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or Data Science.
• 2+ years of experience with RCM vendors and operational reporting.
• Ability to analyze large reimbursement datasets.
• Experience in the diagnostics industry preferred.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Xifin, Excel, Salesforce.com, and Tableau.
• Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
