Overview

The Human Resources Generalist serves as the first point of contact for employees at NFPA and supports both administrative and operational responsibilities for the HR Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• aPHR or PHR Designation or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Experience with full cycle recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized with flexibility to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in managing HRIS/ATS software.
