Human Resources Generalist - Remote

Overview

Kreative Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across the organization. This role is highly execution-focused and will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless employee experience from recruitment through offboarding.

In Short

• Coordinate and support full-cycle recruiting efforts
• Own and execute new hire onboarding processes
• Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies
• Assist with performance review cycles and HR communications
• Ensure HR processes align with company policies
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve HR processes
• Experience in a government contracting environment is a plus
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience supporting onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR administration
