  • Collaborate with the Advancement team for effective donor stewardship.
  • Work remotely, requiring communication via digital tools.
  • Limited domestic travel for in-person events.
  • Be part of a mission-driven organization focused on bleeding disorders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a nonprofit organization.
  • Knowledge of fundraising principles and platforms.
  • Experience with donor databases, preferably Raiser’s Edge.
  • Strong analytical skills for donor research and data trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and creative tools like Canva.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve challenges.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Experience in health-based or rare disease organizations is beneficial.
