Overview

The tfMRD Coordinator will oversee the day to day operations of the multiple primary project, acting as a liaison between Natera, patients, patient families, and health care professionals while developing and implementing processes related to the MP project.

In Short

  • Monitors daily operations and resolves sample processing issues.
  • Performs complex assignments requiring high initiative.
  • Serves as primary contact for Multiple Primary orders.
  • Communicates with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
  • Contributes to the development and improvement of processes and training.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with oncology tests performed by Natera.
  • Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
