Sr. Software Engineer, Gen AI - Remote

Overview

The Senior Software Engineer is focused on providing an intuitive and efficient experience for our customers, working on customer-facing web applications with a passion for user experience and design.

In Short

• Drive complex system design with the architecture team.
• Perform code reviews and mentor the development team.
• Make key design and technical implementations.
• Define requirements and transform them into scalable microservices APIs.
• Design and maintain sustainable systems for business applications.
• Improve processes and evangelize best practices.
• Contribute to compliance initiatives.
• Practice technical design and maintain existing components.
• Handle PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Complete required training within the first 30 days of hire.

Requirements

• BS degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of software development experience, preferably in secure web applications.
• Experience with Java and open source frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Experience in front-end development with React and JavaScript is a plus.
• Knowledge of Ruby and RoR frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with micro-service architecture and scalable applications.
• Strong relational database skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Organizational and presentation skills.
