Overview

The Senior Manager, Partnerships (Bilateral Agencies) will oversee the development and execution of strategic plans to cultivate relationships with bilateral agencies to expand funding opportunities.

In Short

• Lead the identification of potential bilateral donor agencies.
• Design positioning strategies for donor engagement.
• Analyze bilateral business opportunities.
• Manage proposal development processes.
• Oversee financial materials and budget development.
• Provide internal fundraising guidance and training.
• Write and edit funding proposals and collateral.
• Engage with funders through conferences and events.
• Support staff in developing quality responses to funding opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with global teams on fundraising initiatives.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in international proposal development or program management.
• Proven track record of successful 7-figure bilateral proposals.
• BS/BA or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Experience in social justice areas preferred.
• Experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa and/or Asia preferred.
