Namati is a global organization dedicated to building a movement of grassroots justice advocates, having grown from a small founding group to a diverse team of over 180 individuals across 12 time zones in Asia, Africa, and the Americas since its inception in 2011. The organization has directly improved the lives of over 1.5 million people by empowering local communities to tackle justice issues. Namati co-founded the Grassroots Justice Network, which has expanded to include 4,200 organizations from 175 countries. With a commitment to transformative change, Namati has achieved significant milestones, such as the Customary Land Rights and National Land Commission Acts in Sierra Leone and the establishment of the world's first Legal Empowerment Fund. The Resource Mobilization team plays a crucial role in sustaining the organization's growth, focusing on building long-term partnerships with funding partners to support its ambitious vision for justice and legal empowerment.
