Senior Business Analyst (Manufacturing) - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst in the manufacturing sector, you will facilitate between the Business Analytics and Insights team and stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that drive business outcomes.

In Short

• Work in continuous delivery mode, analyzing, testing, and delivering features iteratively.
• Demonstrate Agile processes and Lean principles for effective delivery.
• Create and maintain user stories and associated deliverables.
• Prioritize user stories in the product backlog with the Product Owner.
• Define acceptance criteria for testing with Quality Assurance Analysts.
• Guide team understanding of Agile ceremonies and expectations.
• Coach junior resources in the discipline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups for consensus outcomes.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions at various organizational levels.
• Remove blockers for teams and champion cross-functional efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile Business Intelligence environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools.
• Proficient in requirement gathering and process modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
