SAP HCM Payroll Consultant - Remote

Overview

In this varied role, you will take over functional responsibility for the SAP SuccessFactors modules in national and international projects and ensure technical feasibility in the implementation from conception to system configuration.

In Short

• Ensure compliance with Austrian payroll laws and practices.
• Support project teams in creating concepts and architectures for SAP HCM Payroll System.
• Execute necessary configurations in SAP HCM Payroll System.
• Cooperate in customer workshops and prepare results.
• Participate in Fit2Standard workshops for innovations or new release functions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in SAP HCM Payroll / SAP EC Payroll.
• Experienced in process consulting/design and system configuration within SAP Payroll solutions.
• Familiarity with HR processes, payroll, and regulatory specifics.
• Knowledge of Austrian payroll laws and practices.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
