Overview

The SAP HCM Payroll Consultant will take over functional responsibility for SAP SuccessFactor modules in various projects, ensuring compliance with payroll laws and effective system configuration.

In Short

• Ensure compliance with Austrian payroll laws and practices.
• Support project teams in creating concepts and architectures for SAP HCM Payroll System.
• Execute configurations in SAP HCM Payroll System.
• Cooperate in customer workshops and prepare results.
• Participate in Fit2Standard workshops for specifying innovations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP HCM Payroll / SAP EC Payroll.
• Experienced in process consulting and system configuration within SAP Payroll solutions.
• Familiarity with HR processes and payroll specifics.
• Knowledge of Austrian payroll laws and SAP HCM Payroll modules.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
