• Your main goal will be to build accurate, timely, and scalable finance and accounting operations that power n8n’s hyper-growth.
• Analyze and prioritize finance processes for automation potential.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design automation solutions.
• Build, test, and maintain automations using n8n.
• Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Support day-to-day finance operations.
• Contribute to monthly reporting and reconciliations.
• Document automations and contribute to a playbook.
• Experiment with new automation tools and best practices.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, finance, or a related field.
• Confident working with data (spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently.
• Basic experience with scripting (Python or JavaScript) and workflow automation tools.
• Basic fluency in German is a plus.
• Eager to learn new tools and apply automation for efficiency.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
