Engineering Manager - Remote

Overview

MyTime is searching for an engineering manager who has managed software development teams at fast growing tech startups with complex SAAS products. The position will report directly to the CTO.

In Short

• Manage a globally distributed team of full-stack, back-end, and front-end engineers.
• Promote engineering excellence through coding standards and architectural reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• At least 2 years managing an engineering team of 4-6 engineers.
• Experience managing distributed teams, including offshore teams.
• Deep knowledge of agile processes and workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical background in cloud/SaaS platform development.
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
