Overview

The Customer Experience Associate role at Mysa is crucial for providing exceptional support to customers as the company expands its HVAC product offerings. This position requires working standard business hours in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone and assisting customers with technical issues and inquiries.

In Short

  • Strong interest in smart home products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Available to work Pacific hours and weekends.
  • Bonus points for HVAC experience or French language skills.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer support experience.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and Pacific hours.
  • HVAC experience is a plus.
  • French language skills are a plus.
  • Experience with Gorgias or AI-assisted support tools is a plus.
