Overview

Myriad AI is hiring its first go-to-market hire — a high-impact, entrepreneurial SDR/AE hybrid who’s ready to take full ownership of our sales, marketing, and lead generation efforts. This is a unique opportunity to build and run a modern outbound engine from the ground up, while working directly with the CEO and co-founder to shape our growth trajectory.

In Short

  • Own the end-to-end outbound process from strategy to execution.
  • Build, test, and optimize outbound campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Identify and qualify leads, manage early-stage pipeline development.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to refine messaging and sales strategy.
  • Create and maintain outbound playbooks and workflows.
  • Partner with marketing to improve lead quality and align strategies.
  • Share insights to influence product direction and customer segmentation.
  • Meet key revenue and pipeline goals while iterating on strategies.
  • Grow into a full-cycle AE or GTM leadership role as the company scales.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales development or account executive roles.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales processes.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data management.
  • Ability to create and optimize sales strategies based on feedback.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving growth.
