In Short

• Part-time Senior Payroll Specialist role supporting payroll clients.
• Work roughly 10-20 hours per week, with heavier availability on Mondays and Tuesdays.
• Serve as a payroll subject matter expert, providing coaching and training.
• Oversee payroll processing activities and manage compliance items.
• Assist with employee benefits administration and payroll-related projects.
• Work with multiple Payroll and HR Technology solutions.
• Build and run custom payroll reports and conduct payroll audits.
• Align with core values of learning, growth, and delivering 5-star experiences.
• Experience required: 5+ years in payroll and a relevant degree or certification.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience working independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR or related field.
• Certification (CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and cloud-based payroll software.
• Ability to adapt and build relationships with a diverse customer base.
