All Things HR, LLC, an outsourced human resource consulting firm, is searching for a part-time Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team! The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for all areas of payroll processing for ATHR and assigned clients.

In Short

• Part-time position with 20-25 hours per week.
• Responsible for payroll processing for multiple clients.
• Experience with Washington State Payroll regulations required.

• Primarily remote work with occasional office visits.
• Leads a small payroll specialist team.
• Conducts client meetings to understand payroll needs.
• Maintains positive client relationships.
• Completes payroll reports and ensures accuracy.
• Participates in leadership meetings and staff training.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of payroll rules and regulations.
• Experience with payroll systems like Paylocity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Organized and deadline driven.
• Must have access to a personal computer and internet.
• Reliable transportation for client visits.
