HR Generalist / Recruiter - Remote

Overview

All for Kidz, an organization on a mission to enrich children's lives, is seeking an HR Generalist / Recruiter to join their team! The HR Generalist / Recruiter is responsible for managing the employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, training, compliance, policy management and administering employee benefits.

In Short

• Provide full cycle recruitment support for critical positions including sales, performers, and other roles.
• Facilitate reference checks, background checks and drug testing.
• Write offer letters and deliver offers of employment.
• Write, edit and review job descriptions.
• Update and implement policies and procedures, including maintaining the employee handbook.
• Support administering payroll and department bonuses.
• Administer benefit plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations.
• Manage all PTO and vacation balances for employees.
• Manage employee relations including disciplinary needs.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SHRM-CP credential preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, and exercise sound judgment, discretion, and tact.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adept at employee relations.
