Practice Development Senior Analyst - Remote

Overview

The primary function of the Practice Development Sr. Analyst is to support the MyEyeDr. Practice Development team in the Company’s corporate development efforts, including due diligence and financial modeling for acquisitions, de novo locations, and other existing office growth opportunities. You will conduct new market analyses to identify whitespace opportunities and help shape our future corporate development efforts.

In Short

• Create initial acquisition projection analysis
• Collaborate with Vice President and Directors of Practice Development
• Prepare comprehensive acquisition committee presentations
• Draft and update Letters of Intent
• Track performance of individual offices
• Create diligence and strategy presentations for Board of Directors
• Assist with the diligence process
• Support integration process post-acquisition
• Utilize SiteIntel for identifying growth opportunities
• Perform ad hoc analyses for Directors or Senior Leadership Team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s business degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance, Consulting, Transaction Advisory, or Accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of GAAP
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent quantitative, written, communication and presentation skills
• Strong strategic thinker and independent worker
• Ability to make informed decisions using data analysis
• Willingness to travel 5% when needed
