As we grow rapidly across markets, we’re looking for an HR Manager to help shape and scale our people operations.

In Short

• Lead and manage all HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and records management.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with company objectives.
• Build and oversee performance review systems tracking OKRs and KPIs.
• Manage and analyze people data to support strategic decisions.
• Implement employee engagement and recognition programs.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee relations and HR inquiries.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and compensation strategy.
• Support hiring operations and HR support for recruitment.
• Lead initiatives to optimize remote team culture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR management, preferably with remote teams.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and compliance standards.
• Experience with performance management systems and HR analytics.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute HR processes.
• High level of integrity and emotional intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
