The Senior Manager, Learner & Client Support will lead and develop the learner and client support teams, ensuring an outstanding experience for both learners and customers.

Requirements

  • Experience scaling customer support teams in hyper-growth environments.
  • 10+ years of work experience with 4+ years leading high-performing support teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and client-facing experience.
  • Deep understanding of people leadership and team development.
  • Expertise in partnering with product and engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
