Overview

The Client Support Manager LATAM at EXANTE plays a key role in ensuring that clients receive excellent service and support, particularly for Spanish/Portuguese-speaking clients in Latin America.

  • Support top-performing sales members and newcomers in sales.

Requirements

  • Problem-solving abilities for client concerns.
  • Experience in managing client-related projects.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to analyze trends and provide reports.
