Overview

As an AI Programme Coach, you will guide apprentice learning and help them reach their full potential through personalized coaching.

In Short

• Guide apprentices to successful, timely completion of their programme.
• Master group and individualized coaching techniques.
• Ensure a consistent level of quality for every coaching session.
• Create a vibrant, inclusive and motivating environment.
• Maintain an owner’s mentality in supporting learners.
• Engage with apprentice managers for progress reviews.
• Implement interventions to ensure learners stay on track.
• Utilize resources & learning opportunities provided by Multiverse.
• Build & maintain credibility with apprentices.
• Create a compelling narrative about Multiverse and its mission.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional work experience in an AI role.
• Experience in machine learning, natural language processing, or generative AI.
• Degree, masters or PhD qualification in an AI field or equivalent.
• Experience using OpenAI’s API, Microsoft Copilot or AWS/Azure.
• Fluency in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn.
• Exceptional written and on-camera communication skills.
• Practical teaching, managing, or mentorship experience.
• Mastery of coaching best practices or openness to develop.
• Passion for delivering the best learning opportunities.
