Requirements

• Proven automotive experience, ideally in a dealership or workshop.
• Confident in resolving technical concerns as a master technician.
• Electric vehicle/high voltage certificate is desirable.
• Fluency in Finnish and English is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel monthly or quarterly.
• EU citizenship or European passport is necessary.
• Strong business acumen and customer focus.
