Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in an execution-focused role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing and optimizing campaigns, analyzing data for insights, and working in a structured environment. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives by focusing on paid media, SEO, website optimization, and analytics.

In Short

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms.
  • Manage budgets for PPC campaigns and ensure spend aligns with ROI goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and messaging.
  • Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Use tools like SEMRush and Google Analytics to monitor performance.
  • Analyze and improve the website’s performance to increase conversion rates.
  • Set up and manage UTMs, campaign tracking, and reporting.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Develop a content calendar for consistency and engagement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to report on KPIs.

Requirements

  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMRush, and other SEO tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta campaigns.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to implement tracking mechanisms and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Thrives in a structured, task-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the IT or MSP industry is a plus.
  • Background in UX/UI optimization and A/B testing frameworks.
