The Senior Field Service Engineer is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of medical equipment, while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in related field or equivalent military education.
  • 4 years of experience servicing electronic equipment.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Experience with medical imaging technologies (Ultrasound, CT, PET).
  • Ability to lift and manage equipment up to 35 lbs.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to work a rotating on-call schedule.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
